Since 1997, Anthony Elms has been editor of Whitewalls, a not-for-profit artist-run cultural journal and book publisher. Whitewalls functions as an exhibition space for a variety of visual, textual, and sound art. Whitewalls publications include Drive by Gregg Bordowitz, Hotel Terminus by Stephen Lapthisophon, and Prisoner’s Inventions by collaborative artist group Temporary Services. Elms also makes and exhibits his own art.

Annette Ferrara is the founding editor of TENbyTEN, an independent Chicago-based art, architecture, and design magazine initiated in 1999. In addition to editing and writing for TENbyTEN, Ferrara recently co-authored Xtreme Interiors (Prestel, 2003), which explores over thirty national and international manifestations of over-the-top contemporary interior design. Ferrara guest lectures at Columbia College Chicago and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She also teaches art history courses at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. Ferrara earned an MA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
