Imaginary Worlds at the Chicago Architecture Biennial

The UIC School of Architecture is partnering with CAKE (Chicago Alternative Comics Expo) and the Chicago Architecture Biennial to present Imaginary Worlds, a panel discussion and workshop exploring the intersection between architecture and comics through the depiction of time and space and the represntation of real and imaginary worlds. The event features UIC School of Architecture faculty Sam Jacob and Ania Jaworska along with cartoonists Edie Fake and Keiler Roberts, moderated by comic scholar Brian Cremins. Panelists and attendees will participate in a drawing workshop led by Neil Brideau (CAKE). Imaginary Worlds takes place Friday, November 13 from 6–9pm at the Chicago Cultural Center, RSVPs are requested.
