Fresh Meat, American Framing awarded Graham Foundation grants
Congratulations to Fresh Meat, the School of Architecture’s student-run journal, which was recently awarded a grant from the Graham Foundation. Also receiving support was American Framing, the exhibition at the US pavilion at this year’s Venice Architecture Biennale, which was commissioned by UIC and curated by Paul Andersen and Paul Preissner.
The grant will support the production of the journal’s thirteenth issue, titled “Isolated / Collectives.” The issue “presents a variety of perspectives on how architecture might benefit from a better understanding of isolated collectives and the built spaces that support them.” For more on the project, visit the Graham Foundation website.
